Who It’s For
This service is designed for NDIS participants who want to explore work opportunities, enter the workforce for the first time, or maintain their current employment. It’s ideal for people with disabilities who need practical assistance, confidence-building, or on-the-job support to succeed in their roles.

We can help you maintain your current employment by providing on-the-job assistance, communication support, and workplace adjustments.

Yes. We tailor our support to your goals and preferences. You’ll always have the final say in what kind of work you want to pursue.
5. Is this service covered by my NDIS funding?
Yes. It falls under Capacity Building – Finding and Keeping a Job within your NDIS plan. We can also guide you on how to include it if it’s not currently funded.
